While most of The Collective activities are located in a building adjacent to the ice rink. Free ice skate rentals are available from a light adorned Airstream trailer. You might even be lucky enough to get to visit with a cute puppy while getting your ice skates.
The Snowmass ice skating rink is open daily from 12 pm to 9 pm throughout the winter. Friday nights Game of Stones, a popular curling series happens most Friday nights December through February. Saturday night is disco night at the ice rink. We just happened to see a birthday congo line on the ice returning from an ice cream outing one night.
The Snowmass ice rink is open in the winter, transforming into an activity lawn with markets, family games, movies under the stars and more in the summer.

While here, you will also want to check out the other fun activities at The Collective Snowmass. There’s a super fun game room with a ping pong game in a huge colorful metal tube. The most challenging ping pong game I’ve ever played. Art adorns the walls and other interesting structures throughout the room.
This winter The Collective Snowmass is also offering a pop up Selfie Den that your tweens or teens are sure to love.
Snowmass, Colorado is one of our favorite family ski resorts. There’s so much to do, great food, and the mountain is easy to access with incredible views.
