The Lower Downtown (LoDo) district of Denver is home to not only the Union Station neighborhood, but a revitalized Union Station Great Hall. It is now home to The Crawford Hotel at Denver Union Station, the romantic Cooper Bar, several wonderful restaurants, and even a satellite version of the beloved Tattered Cover bookstore.
After its authentic restoration, Denver Union Station is now not only home to ground transportation including AMTRAK, light rail, and bus shuttle station that will take you directly to the Denver International Airport, but is a entertainment, shopping, and dining destination. Acme Delicatessen
A New York Style deli, you’ll find delicious and unique sandwich options along with salads, and sweets at either lunch or dinner at Acme Delicatessen. Out in the great hall is the Acme Pizza stand, serving up pretty good pizza for a reasonable price.
Milkbox Ice Creamery
Located in what was the barbershop in Union Station, Milkbox Ice Creamery boasts more than 15 flavors of ice cream available to serve in a variety of ways. For adult options, they also serve boozy shakes!
